Dr. Nathan Baxter is from Kansas City Missouri, where he grew up and played football at MNU. He is a graduate of Cleveland Chiropractic University, where he was awarded the clinical excellence award in 2008. He started practice in San Diego California, where he practiced for two years. During his time in SD, he was able to use his sports background to work with many professional athletes from the NFL and MLB.

Dr. Baxter moved to Dayton Ohio, and now resides in Sugarcreek/Bellbrook area with his wife, a graduate of beavercreek high school and WSU, and four children. Dr. Baxter opened Gem City Chiropractic in 2017, which boasts one of the most technologically advanced chiropractic practices in Ohio. This includes the ProAdjustor360, digital spinal X-rays, spinal decompression, and a noninvasive neurospinal screening and evaluation system, that uses surface electromyography (SEMG) technology, thermography and heart rate variability. He also treats pediatric and pregnant women, and is certified in the Websters technique by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. Dr. Baxter strives to hold the core values of chiropractic first, in that the body is self healing and self regulating. By utilizing his clinical expertise and technology, he is able to pinpoint nervous system interference in the spine called subluxations and correct them to restore optimal potential to the body.
